Party Time...

I was recently asked to come up some ideas for a butterfly tea party themed invite. Here is my take on it. For bithday invites, I like to make post cards. People are going to throw them away eventually, so let's not waste anymore paper. Glitter was an absolute must, since this is a very girly tea party. Hope you enjoy.

Garden Whimsy

Okay, as you can tell, I received my nestabilities in the mail (die cuts for the cuttle bug). I couldn't wait to post this card. I had too much fun making it. Enjoy!!!

Thank You...

I'm in the process of making an "end of the school year" teacher gift for Aidan's pre-school teacher. She is always commenting on how she wants to make cards, but doesn't have the time. So, I am giving her a box of ten hand made cards to use through the year. This will be the card Aidan's is giving her with the gift.

Ahoy, Matey 2...

Hello everyone. I am experimenting with this new technique I discovered on http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/. You ink your cuttlebug embossing folder on one side, put white card stock in the folder, and run it through the machine. Here, I was trying to make the swirls look like the ocean. Give it a try. It's a neat trick.

Ahoy, Matey

I think this is the cutest stamp set for a boy. I'm always on the look out for new boy things, since I have plenty of girl stuff. For the map image I tore the paper and sponged it with really rust ink to make it look like a map. Hope you enjoy...

I am experimenting with making "Z" cards. I used dimensionals on the elephant's ear and the lion's mane and face.

Well things are finally returning to normal. I can finally have a little creativity time. Here is the new card I made. Hope you enjoy.
