Have a Great Boof-day...

I found the cutest dog stamps yesterday. I just had to use them. My mother needs birthday cards and she loves dogs. So, it's the perfect combo.

Always...

I don't think this image came out very well. The text is stamped on vellum and placed over the Rose Red stamped heart. It looks much better in person. It is supposed to give the card a shadow effect. Anyway, hope you enjoy.

Enjoy Your Day

Ladies, Grab Your Purses

Well, I was in the mood for a purse. I have seen many great purse projects that are boxes or fold out cards. But I haven't seen many simple purse cards, so I decided to make one. This is a simple A2 sized card in the shape of a purse. I used my handy cuttlebug to emboss the circles and added pretty paper for the purse flap. Hope you enjoy.

Another Snow Day!!!

I can't believe it is snowing in March. Okay, I really can't believe it is snowing in Texas. Well, another snow day is upon us. I know you can't tell from the picture, but huge snowflakes are coming down. The first picture is of the house across the street, and the second is my backyard. Too bad this could not have happened in December for Christmas. Anyway, we are going to play in the snow. Enjoy your day.

Doodle This...

Well, I could not resist making another card. I think I am at the end of my inspiration for this week. Enjoy...

Mini Flower Card

I learned how to make my own envelopes today. The link for instructions is below. I coordinated my envelope to match the printed paper on the card. How cute is that and professional too. The card is 3x3 mini card. The tutorial below will give you a formula to make any size envelope you need. Have fun...

More Inspiration

Okay, I'm sure you are thinking enough with the frogs already. I can't help it. I really like this stamp set. I have used it before, but I wanted to try these new ideas I had. Hope you enjoy.

A Froggy Birthday

I had so much fun making this card. As you can see, I'm still using my cuttlebug.

Snow Day

We had about 5-6 inches of snow last night. School is starting late this morning, so we had to go and play in the snow. Aidan was very excited, he is learning about weather in school. Avery did not know what to think, this is the first snow she has every seen. We all had a great time until Avery caught a snow ball in the face from Aidan, and it was all over. In the house we go, tears and all.

Best Dressed

I finally broke down and bought a cuttlebug. This is the best machine ever. It embosses and die cuts. I cut the dress out myself, but I used the cuttlebug to emboss it and then used chalks to color the raised areas. There are some new dies called nestablilities, that I am very interested in. The cuttlebug accepts other brands of dies, so it is a versatile machine. Until next time....
